Quick and Dirty Brew Guide

Put simply, coffee is best enjoyed how you enjoy it. If you're looking for some inspiration, however, here are a few guidelines we've found helpful in dialing in our brews across different methods.

For example, if you are making a 12 fluid ounces (or 350g) pour over, a good starting point would be 3 tablespoons (or 22g). Personally, I usually do 15g of coffee to 250g of water i a V60 and adjust as needed based on how that specific bean performs.

These are just general suggestions and not hard set parameters. Depending on flavor preferences, bean, and set up, ratios of 1:14 up to 1:18 could work quite well. Don't be afraid to experiment (preferably changing one parameter at a time) and see what you think provides the best results.
